Steve
Steve Phillips is a proud father of five, grandfather of five, and husband of nearly 40 years. A longtime community member since 1984, he began his career as an entrepreneur at age 20 before spending 15 years in the transportation and automotive repair industry.
In 1993, Steve transitioned into insurance, building over 30 years of experience with independent agencies and Allstate Insurance. After semi-retiring in 2022, he joined his brother, Dan, to launch their home inspection business.
Having inspected thousands of homes throughout his insurance career, Steve brings valuable expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Dan Phillips is a proud father of two sons and grandfather who has lived and worked in the community for over 45 years. His diverse background as a mechanic, carpenter, and insurance agent has given him extensive knowledge of residential construction and home systems.
Specializing in homeowners’ insurance and property claims, Dan developed a strong understanding of the issues that can impact a home’s safety and value. As a New York State Certified Home Inspector and certified radon inspector, he combines hands-on experience with industry expertise to provide thorough, reliable inspections that help clients make informed decisions.
