Steve
I am a father of 5 girls, grandfather of 5, and husband of almost 40 years. I moved into the area in 1984 and started my first business when I was 20. I spent 15 years in the transportation and auto repair business. I started in the insurance business in 1993, had a wonderful career between 2 independent agencies and Allstate Insurance. I semi-retired in 2022, working part-time in my independent agency in New Windsor, NY. I am very excited to start this new venture with my brother Dan. I believe my experience inspecting thousands of homes prior to insuring them puts me in a unique position as a licensed home inspector.

I am a father of 2 boys, and a grandfather. I have lived and worked in the area for 45 years as a mechanic, carpenter and insurance agent. I specialized in homeowner insurance and issues pertaining to claims and possible claims. My knowledge of insurance and carpentry gives me a unique perspective as a home inspector. I am certified by NYS as a home inspector and certified for radon inspections.
